Redemption of Gifts – Redeem fantastic gifts from our catalogue by using Kitty Points. Kitty Points are earned when you send in barcodes from any product in the Sustagen range.
To join as a member, you need to submit the application form together with one barcode from any Sustagen product. The form is available in the Sustagen Junior 1+, Sustagen Kid 3+ and Sustagen School 6+ packs. You may also download the form here. If your child is aged 1 to 3, you will receive 1-year FREE membership.
To renew your Susta Club membership for 1 year, please send in a barcode from the Sustagen range in 30 days. Remember to provide your full name, IC number and contact number together with the barcode. Please state that you would like to renew your membership.

You can exchange your barcodes from any Sustagen product for points. With these points you can exchange them for gifts.
The barcodes are worth the following points:
650g - 15 points
1.3kg - 30 points
Kitty Points are points you keep with us for future use. If you send in barcodes to us, we will keep your points in the Kitty for you. Later, you can use these points to redeem gifts. It's like a bank account.
Our Redemption gifts will be mailed to you as soon as your membership application is approved, or you can view it online here. Just log in and then click on "How To Redeem Gifts" link located at the top of the page. There, our redemption form is also available for you to download so you may redeem the gifts with your points.
